Bednar to return from drugs ban

West Bromwich Albion striker Roman Bednar, has been cleared to return to his footballing duties at the Hawthorns after admitting possession Cocaine and Cannabis in May this year. The 26 year old Baggies player was caught in possession of the Class A and Class B drugs outside of his home and was given a 3 month back dated ban by the FA.

His suspension which began on May 17th is due to end this Monday, and the club will now make its own decision on what if any action should be taken against Bednar.

The FA took immediate action against the player after police cautioned him for possession and use of a small amount of Class A drugs.  West Brom will conduct their own investigation into the matter when Bednar returns to training on Monday.
