Tony Mowbray makes three changes to the side which produced a 1-1 draw against Peterborough United in the FA Cup last weekend. On loan Jay Simpson is handed a full debut for this local derby, as Roman Bednar drops to the bench. James Morrison has made a full recovery from his groin strain and replaces Chris Brunt in midfield, with Marek Cech also dropping to the bench in favour of Paul Robinson.
Gianni Zuiverloon has failed to recover from his knee injury, and so Carl Hoefkens makes a second successive start.
