Team GB may well be raking in the medals at the olympics in Beijing this year, but one athlete will be flying back to England with hopes of a medal dashed. Thats could come as good news to Albion fans whoever, who could now get their first chance to see new summer signing Gianni Zuiverloon in action over the weekend should he return home in time to recover.
Zuiverloon, who has been in Beijing on Olympic duty with Holland, was part of the side who were beaten 2-1 by Argentina in the quarter finals of the competition yesterday.
The sides were level after 90 minutes, but Angel Di Maria sealed Argentina's victory at the end of the first period of extra time to send Holland crashing out of the competitions and on their way home from Beijing.
