It has been revealed this afternoon that Albion fans are one of amongst four sets of fans that will be measured for noise level over the weekend. Officials will be using specialist equipment to measure the noise levels created by all four FA Cup semi finalists visiting Wembley this weekend in an attempt to see if the current record can be broken.
Liverpool fans hold the current record, they were recorded notching up 130 decibels of sound, the equivalent of standing next to a pneumatic drill.
Officials will be measuring the sound of West Brom fans, Pompey fans, Barnsley fans and Cardiff fans to see if either set of fans can break that current record.
