Honda's pace improved in Sepang

Honda Racing F1 took the first steps at improving their race performance yesterday, with Rubens Barrichello running 82 laps at the Sepang circuit in Malaysia.
While Robert Kubica set the pace in his BMW-Sauber, posting a time of 1:36.187, Rubens Barrichello ended the day just 0.639s behind, his fastest lap in the RA107 of 1:36.826 being the fourth fastest time. The Honda engined rivals at Super Aguri, using a heavily modified version of last years RA106, were a further 0.563s at the hands of Takuma Sato.
The RA107 was visibly different to the car run in Melbourne, with new suspension geometry at both the front and rear, and a revised aerodynamic package.
Testing continues today, with Rubens Barrichello handing over the car to Jenson Button at lunch.
