The third and final day of the test in Jerez was another very hot one with ambient temperatures of 37°C and track temperatures reaching over 50°C. Rubens Barrichello had a very productive morning completing 72 laps. He worked through an aero evaluation followed by some longer runs on two sets of the German Grand Prix tyres that he ran yesterday afternoon.

On the other side of the garage, Anthony Davidson also had a busy morning completing 66 laps as he ran through an aero programme before evaluating various tyre options for the Turkish Grand Prix.

After a late lunch following his full morning programme, Rubens spent the afternoon working through a tyre programme for the Hungarian Grand Prix, alongside some controls work. He completed a further 34 laps, taking his total for the day to 106 laps and set the third fastest time – a 01:17.382.

Anthony did a quick check run at the start of the afternoon session to evaluate the track conditions before going on to complete an evaluation with the tyres for the Turkish Grand Prix , alongside some chassis setting runs. Anthony completed 113 laps in total today.
