It's been a golden year for David Roberts.

Already the current 100-metre freestyle world record holder, Roberts was a key member of the British Paralympic swimming team.


Athens had long been a target for the Pontypridd youngster, however his achievements out surpassed even his own goals as he dominated his field at the Paralympics.


A tremendous performance in the water saw him take the 50m, 100m and 400m freestyle gold, mens 4x100m gold as well as silver in the in the 200m.
