Scottish Football League Division Three, Saturday 4 February 2006, Shielfield Park, Berwick. BERWICK RANGERS 1 (Haynes (54)) MONTROSE 1 (Middleton (60)). Gary Middleton grabs his first goal for the club, but Barry Donachie sees red near the end of the match.

Montrose gain a creditable draw against second-placed Berwick. After going a goal down, the team dug in and Middleton opened his account in Mo colours when he was put through by McManus.

Fiery defender Barry Donachie was sent off late on after having words with the referee.
