Saturday 14 September 2002. Scottish Division 3. Forthbank Stadium, Stirling. Stirling Albion 1 (Nicholas 82) Montrose 1 (Kerrigan 60) Stevie Kerrigan opened the scoring for the Mo after 60
minutes and it looked like three points were in the
bag, only for Nicholas to equalise for Albion with 8
minutes to go.

Montrose drop to 7th in the table, behind Elgin and
Morton on goal difference. Peterhead leap above us
with an amazing 4-1 away victory at Gretna.

Next week's six pointer with Morton at Links Park will
be the most important game of the season so far. We
simply must take three points from that game to stay
in touch with the top half of the table.
