Barry Town have captured the signing of Scottish Youth International Mark Molloy. The 19 year old midfielder arrives at Jenner Park from Scottish Premier club Hibernian. CARLOS EDWARDS

Barry Town have captured their first signing of the summer, with Scottish Youth International Mark Molloy moving south to the league champions. 

The 19 year old midfielder joins from Scottish Premier League side Hibernian, who have released several of their promising youngsters due to financial cut-backs. Hibs' loss is the Dragons gain and Barry Town manager, Kenny Brown was delighted with the new signing. He told www.barrytown.cjb.net "He came down here a few weeks ago to train with us before the Cup Final and was impressive, so we decided to offer him terms and we're glad that he accepted them and has committed himself to us."

Molloy has signed a 2 year deal which will see him stay at Jenner Park until at least 2005.
