Matthew Rose faces two months on the sidelines with medial knee ligament damage. Rose, who suffered a similar injury three years ago, was stretchered off during the win against Barnsley. There is also concern over the condition of Richard Langley.

He was substituted during the Barnsley game after complaining of a "strange" feeling in the knee he injured two years ago and has been referred to a specialist.

Meanwhile, Rangers are giving a trial to Basingstoke Town striker Craig McAllister.
