Swansea City are in discussions with star striker Lee Trundle over a possible one year contract extension at The Vetch Field. The former Wrexham player has scored 11 goals already this season and The Swans will be keen to tie him down until 2005.

| Trundle is currently on the sidelines due to damaged medial ligaments
and a return is not expected within the next week. Without Trundle leading the attack, The Swans drew their first blank of the season in front of their own fans on Saturday when they drew 0-0 with Kidderminster Harriers. |
