Swansea City travel to manager less
Leyton Orient today looking to get back to winning ways after one
defeat and a draw from their previous two matches.
Brian Flynn's side will be boosted by the
returns of James Thomas and Jonathan Coates from injury. But Stuart
Jones, Roberto Martinez, Brad Maylett, Karl Connolly, Kieron Durkan
and Leon Hylton are still unavailable.
Director of Football Brian Flynn
commented on the long injury list at The Vetch. "Things are
starting to settle - at last - and a lot of people are on their way
back."
"Brad Maylett
is making good progress, Kieron Durkan's knee is not as bad as we
first feared and most of the others will be back within days rather
than weeks.
"Roberto (Martinez), Leon (Hylton)
and Stuart (Jones) are all hoping to be fit for the game against
Kidderminster next Saturday.
"Given the terrible run of
injuries we've had to cope with, it's a huge relief to see so much
light at the end of the tunnel.
"And the most pleasing thing is I
will soon have some very welcome selection problems." |
