The Bolton-Facey saga is set to go to a tribunal on the 15th of August due to the two clubs not being able to agree on a fee. New Page 1

Today Huddersfield announced that due to Bolton and Huddersfield not being able to agree upon a fee for ex-striker Delroy Facey, the matter will be settled by a tribunal on the Thursday 15th August 2002 in Manchester.

Facey has already signed a three-year deal with Premiership outfit Bolton Wanderers but the two clubs could not agree on a transfer fee and Bolton's largest offer was less than a quarter of Chairman David Taylor's valuation of him.  Town are said to be looking for a substantial 6-figure sum for him.

However, if Bolton make an offer before the tribunal, and this offer is accepted by Town, the matter could avoid a tribunal and Facey's move would be made as normal.

How much do you think Facey is worth?  Post your views on the message board.
