Kimi Raikkonen was the fastest man on track today, putting in a storming lap towards the end of the session as track conditions continued to improve.

Raikkonen and team mate Juan Pablo Montoya completed 183 laps between them during the day, just 2 less than Renault, whose drivers stopped on their first laps on the wet track with electrical problems. This didn't stop Giancarlo Fisichella's fastest lap being just under 3 tenths behind pace-setter Raikkonen.

Behind them were Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button and then Jarno Trulli who also stopped on track during the test. The Italian was followed by his team mate Ralf Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello who headed McLaren's Montoya. The Columbian's lap was a whole second and three tenths down on the Iceman Kimi Raikkonen's.

The last spaces on the timesheets were occupied by the two Red Bull drivers, then Mark Webber's Williams, which was off the pace today after topping the timesheets yesterday.

The Midland drivers followed with Albers also being halted on track, and Montiero 5 seconds slower than Raikkonen.

Unsurprisingly it was Yuji Ide who rounded off the times, testing the Super Aguri SA05 at the track for the first time. His fastest time was not so super though, although managing to complete over 30 more laps than Takuma Sato yesterday, he was almost 10 seconds off of Kimi.

Nico Rosberg ventured out on track for all of two laps before heading back to the warmer WilliamsF1 garage with gearbox problems, thus not appearing on the timesheets.
