Can McLaren Beat Ferrari at Hungary?

The revised 4-19 has been more than a breath of fresh air to McLaren fans everywhere, as over the last three races, the car has become faster and faster. Will it be enough at Hungary? This particular McLaren fan thinks that it will be. Although Ferrari are very strong, and have both titles for this season well in hand, McLaren are the team on the move. With each race the MP4-19B seems to get faster and faster.

Hungary should suit us well. It is very clear that the car handles far better than it has all year long, and that the engine has come light years from where it was at the start of the season. With Hungary's tight, high downforce nature it would seem to put McLaren in a very good possition.

Renault are very strong on such circuits as well, as they proved in Monaco earlier this year. Since then however, the Renault has not matched the pace of Kimi in his McLaren. With Ferrari seemingly splitting thier race strategy on a weekly basis, Michael has become the only real threat. With Kimi keeping Michael in range at Hockenheim until his rear wing failed, it does seem that this could be the race that ends Michaels streak.

Michael has won every race this year that he has finished...un unbelievable acheivement, but this McLaren fan honestly believes it will come to an end at Hungary...

At the hands of a McLaren.
