Pedro De La Rosa may make way for the rookies, Lewis Hamilton and/or Gary Peffett, this comes from a press release by McLaren stating that Pedro would take Juan's seat for the 'forthcoming races'. This arouses suspicion that McLaren may decide to copy Red Bull's idea from 2005 and run a combination

...of drivers i.e. Lewis Hamilton for two races and Gary Peffett for the next two races. Pedro told 'itv.com' that he was very 'unsure about the future' at McLaren and that he 'wants to do all of the championship' however the decision is not his.

Lewis Hamilton however does not have much F1 experience and has commitments still in GP2, so I doubt we will see Lewis Hamilton racing for McLaren anytime this season however saying that, Lewis finishs the GP2 season on the 8th September leaving four races on the F1 calender...

I therefore wonder if Ron will take the option of running Lewis either at Italy, China, Japan or Brazil.

With McLaren now looking at winning races and not the championship, anything is possible and would be a good experience for two drivers that will surely be moving to a team sometime soon.
