Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Malmo 0-1 Cardiff City - Report
The Bluebirds finished off their tour of Scandinavia with their first pre-season victory against Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Malmo.

Robert Earnshaw's late penalty was enough to secure the win for City, and will come as a confidence boost following disappointing results against Koge and Frem.

Malmo were seen as the weakest of City's opponents on the tour, and Lennie Lawrence fielded many of his fringe players in the starting line-up, as they look to stake a claim for a regular slot in the City line-up.

Martyn Margetson, James Collins, Chris Barker, Layton Maxwell and Gavin Gordon were all included amongst the starting line up, but City had to rely on substitute Robert Earnshaw to find the winner.

Earnshaw' penalty came 10 minutes from time, after he was fouled by a Malmo defender. Earnshaw got himself up of the floor, and neatly slotted the home the spot kick.

The goal was City's third of the tour, and also Earnshaw's third. It's becoming hard to see where a Bluebirds goal will come from, should Earnshaw get injured next season.
