Bluebirds defender, Spencer Prior is looking forward to Cardiff's Second Round Worthington Cup tie with Premiership side, Tottenham Hotspur. Prior is confident that with the right attitude, Cardiff should give Spurs a good game.
City defender, Spencer Prior is looking forward to Cardiff's Worthington Cup fixture with Premiership side, Tottenham Hotspur.
Prior is confident that if the Bluebirds do not fear Spurs, and have the right attitude towards the game they can pull of another cup shock.
"Cardiff City don't fear anybody" said Prior, who spent over 5 seasons in the top flight with Leicester City. We've got a good away record and we have belief in ourselves."
"We'll give Tottenham a good game and if we play to the best of our ability then we might get a result. We are certainly capable of doing so."
City ace, Prior is good friends with Spurs 'keeper, Kasey Keller. The pair were team mates at Leicester City.
"Keller is my best mate in football, and I will be on the phone with him this week about the game".
Spencer still sees the league as the club mains priority and is confident about the coming season.
"The clubs priority is the league, if we do well in this division then all other things will follow. Playing Spurs will give us an idea of what we need achieve."
