A brand new publication has just hit the bookshops and it's a must for all Cardiff City fans both young and old, past and present! Dean Hayes has written a comprehensive and complete A-Z of all players ever to have donned the famous blue shirts....

Breedon Books have published a book that not only details all the players (it includes Peter Zois so I can confirm it's detailed)  but also contains information of past managers, international appearances, leading scorers and even a section on "other competitions" such as the Anglo Scottish Cup.

The book is liberally illustrated with black and white photographs from across the years, whilst the colourful cover shows John Toshack, Nathan Blake, David Jones, and John Charles amongst other city greats.

The book is bang up to date being published this summer and records are up until the end of the 2005-2006 season.

 It is published at £19.99 and is going to prove very popular with anoraks and casual fans alike as well as prompting numerous pub questions and answers!

A good work of non fiction! I commend it to all.

A book signing is planned for 5.30 next Wednesday 16th August in the club shop which will be attended by many ex players - get along buy the book and get it signed!
