Blackpool WERE awful. Fabio played well, as did most of the team. Difficult to judge quality against lowly opposition but a chance some of the peripheral players to get a run out.

I think this competition should be scrapped. Reserve teams playing reserve teams puts it on a par with the LDV vans Cup or whatever that bloody awful competition is called when we competed in it around 2013. Getting rid of it would bring more importance to the FA cup where the 3rd round games should start earlier in the season with a CL place given to the winner to restore some of its former glory.
