For the second week running Paul Lambert faces a former club he has managed. After securing a 1-0 win over the Villa last week he will now look for the double with a win at Carrow Road.
Match Facts
Former Norwich boss Lambert has made three returns to Carrow Road since leaving for Aston Villa in June 2012 - all ending in victory. Villa won there all three times under Lambert, Weimann scoring twice in the first of them, a 4-1 League Cup victory in December 2012.
The Canaries have won their last three league games against Wolves at Carrow Road, notching nine goals in the process.
Wolves' only win in their last eight league games against Norwich came on the opening day of the 2014-15 season, when Dave Edwards netted the solitary goal.
Norwich's defeat at bottom-of-the-table Rotherham last weekend was their ninth in 14 Championship matches.
Wolves are looking to achieve three consecutive away league clean sheets for the first time since January 2015.
Only Brighton, Leeds and Sheffield Wednesday have won more home Championship games (9) than the Canaries this season.
Wolves have never lost a game against Norwich during the month of January (W5, D3)

An interesting match in my view this afternoon. Norwich desperately in need of a result after losing at Rotherham and Southampton, whilst Wolves want to continue keeping a clean sheet and climbing the league.
Wolves team line-up:

Some surprise being expressed at Coady being droppped for today's match after some good performances at right back. I just wonder if it's Lambert's attempt to encourage youngsters and keep Iorfa on board.

The very day I stick money on Wolves, this happens with the first shot FFS. I thought good odds at 14/5 for the win. Probably get a bit better odds now!
Cav trying to be clever with the ball in his own penalty area rather than clearing it - nearly got us into trouble.
Cavaleiro having a particularly poor match, giving the ball away, and making poor decisions.

Weimann (wearing No 63!!) replacing Cavaleiro at beginning of second half, which sounds good sense.
Iorfa gives a free kick away right on the edge of penalty area, which probably should have been a penalty!!

lucky bgreak for Wolves considering how we have played this afternoon. Costa put it away well. Bright replacing Mason
Costa, Dadi & Weimann lining up well up front leading to a corner.. cleared
Dicko replaces Dadi, so Iorfa will complete the match. Lambert clearly trying to bring a good performance out of him by showing confidence in him
Penalty to Norwich for a foul by Ikeme on Houlihan. Ikeme red carded after he pushed Hoolihgan. Doherty having to go in goal. Replay shows houlihan fell over Ikeme's leg for penalty, so Ikeme lost his rag!!
Dangerous in goal, he has now played in all 11 positions for the club
Ah maybe not its doc, deadly would have saved it ...wtf is lambert playing at not putting a keeper on the bench?
Burgoyne is the substitute goalkeeper, but PL had used all his subs when Ikeme was sent off
General feeling is that Wolves penalty was a touch lucky, but the decision was Norwich's was awful - Houlihan was falling over before Ikeme got near him.
Ikeme out for anfield trip, fair to say our chances of beating the dippers have got much less now

No doubt the ref wanted to balance things up for giving a lucky penalty to us. Plonker.
The seasons been over for ages in the league , Ikeme out at anfield means its probably over in all competitions... ah well theres always next season.

Now that we see Liverpool have been playing so poorly over the last few weeks, clearly it is time for Wolves to apply their soothing hands on opposition poor runs next weekend - just like at Carrow Road. Typical Wolves.
The only positive thing I have to say is that at least we leave Norwich with Moxey firmly left behind.
