This will be the 117th time we have faced Preston North End today with the first match being played way back at the beginning in 1888. Preston hold the slight advantage on wins so lets hope the boys can close the gap from four down to three.

Wolves Biggest away win is 1-3 which they have done four times (1893, 1936, 1947 & 2008). Preston best home win was 5-1 which they have achieved twice (1890 & 1928).

There have been two nine goal thrillers between the sides at Deepdale with the home side winning both games 5-4 (1928 & 1930).
