I would like to know how Kevin Thelwell's role is likely to be developed within the club. I think on here we are agreed that more direction needs to be provided by someone with a footballing expertise, which clearly the two M's do not possess, and I wonder whether he is seen to be this person?

Has anything been done to address the obvious abject running of the club since the last fans parliament? Other than that, many of the questions asked in February remain valid. This is not a flippant comment Tom, it's a serious question.

Isn't it about time the farce of the fans parliament came to a end? It was initially a decent idea but I think it's turned out to be a waste of time and after following the last one I doubt I'll ever bother to read what has been said again. I don't think Moxey & Morgan could have come across any worse or more out of touch with what the fans feel if they tried. It was just a pathetic show of them feeling sorry for themselves and while they may have threw in the odd apology there was no genuine acknowledgement that they'd done anything wrong, in fact Morgan came across as nothing more than a kid - "I'll go if you don't want me anymore waaah waaah". Does anyone actually think they care about the points made at these meetings? Why anyone is interested in attending I don't know.

More seriously though, I'm not really sure I feel the need to convince you otherwise. It's been running for long enough for everyone to have an idea of what it is about and I'm sure that most people who think it is a waste of time have already long made up their minds.

There are two main points though, that even if you think it's@#$%&you should acknowledge.

1. It at least forces Jez Moxey to listen to fans. Even if he then completely ignores everything that is said, he has at least acknowledged that there is an issue. I find it difficult to believe that he sits there for three/four hours and then completely ignores everything that was said.

2. Moxey isn't the only person there. At every meeting I've been to has been someone from marketing and someone from the ticket office. Even if you believe the previous point is crap, do you think that everyone in attendance ignores everything? At some level in the club, something will get through.

Even if you steadfastly refuse to believe everything that comes out of Morgan and Moxey's mouths, the parliament is two-way communication.

For some of those who are less sceptic, from speaking to members who have been there for longer than I, there have been decisions that the club have made that have come directly from a Fans' Parliament meeting. From a personal point of view, the club did take on board some of the suggestions from the Early Bird meeting (no booking fee, a two tier Early Bird and confirmation that the initial early bird offer wont be offered to new fans)

I am open minded, just a bit doubtful of the two M's taking much notice of fan's opinions.

However, if you feel there are positive outcomes as a result of the meetings, well fair enough

Lets face facts.. neither Moxey or beetroot attend these parliaments which are merely held to appease disgruntled fans giving them a misguided impression that they are being listened to when in reality beetroot is flying down the ski slopes on his monthly holiday not giving a fck and the most important personnel there is a tea lady who once washed Moxeys cup in 2007.

I think it's fair to say Morgan/Moxey lie through their teeth which make any points they make if they could be bothered turning up moot ones anyway.

Hopefully I speak for the whole forum when I state I would like the following message read out Tom... "MORGAN (a loud rasping voice to get the rooms attention followed by a picture of Ernesto appearing on the "conference room" wall [pinterest.com] in a low rasping voice ."I'D LIKE TO PLAY A GAME...... For years you have tortured the fans of this great club, now is your chance to put it right. You stated that you would leave if fans didn't want you...here's how it will work..you get gone, you stay gone (long theatrical pause ) OR YOU BE GONE ... (At this stage Ernesto starts maniacally cackling and the camera slowly pans round to the corner of the cell where thick black smoke eminating from a putrid beetroot nestling ontop of a Lverpool shirt arises like an April Guy Fawkes) plunging the screen into darkness apart from the crackling flames draining the beetroot of it's life juices

Feel free to leave at this stage Tom before any imminent arrest but hopefully attired in a black suit and a little moustache to add authenticity to procedings showing an air of professionalism delivering our message. Angry - Moxey has been at every meeting I've attended, as have Matt Grayson (Head of Marketing and Communications) and Lynne O'Reardon (Head of Ticketing and Membership). In addition, there has generally been one more person there. Last night it was Phil Hayward, the Head of the Medical Department.

I don't have time to write up a proper report of it, apart from to say that many of the questions were deflected by Moxey, saying that we need to see what happens over the next two games.

Due to a lack of proper answers, at times it turned into more of a debate between fans with Moxey chipping. This may have helped get a lot of points over to them, but it meant that there wasn't a lot of information coming to us.

I've read the published minutes. It just seems to me that when anything really gritty gets asked, Jez plays the 'we'll see what happens' card to avoid the answer.

I'll give him this, he is a very effective public speaker, of that there is no doubt. He is certainly gifted in the spoken word. That's a skill.

As for the paliament itself. When it was set up I thought it was a terrific idea. Let the fans have a say, let's get a few things done. But the spoken word has to be matched by action and over the years I have not seen a great deal. Ok, we can point to reduced prices here and there but it doesn't take a parliament to come up with the blindingly obvious. In essence the parliament are just scratching at the sides - sorry if that appears harsh Tom but it's how I feel. You're a politician now, you can take it!!

In reality, in me the process of the parliament has a natural ally. Sadly, the process is now synonymous with the Wolves brand of spin and lack of transparency and it can be a real turn off. And just because you have a man in the room talking of 'how it is' doesn't mean there's true transparency. Any the other thing is that with a parliament (in the real sense), every once in a while you can vote the bu.ggers off. And by that I mean our Prime Ministerial / Presidential CEO! That's an idea, What about a motion to carry a vote of no confidence?

So I will continue to read the minutes and decisions and the questions and the answers but it's the actions once the talk has finished which is the real measure of success. I have seen no tangable progress in this months minutes from the February meeting.

So as a current sceptic (as I think the label goes) I will leave it to you guys who attend Tom, to get me (and possibly others) back into a position I once held where I have regained trust in the process. I cannot presume the reasons you have put yourself forward for the parliament (madness in my view!!), nevertheless if you are representing this board then you might as well start at one of the key problems - trying to rebuild the connection between club and fans. I think that is vital. In the 80s we were shitter than we are now but I never once doubted my love for the club.

Ivybridge - you make some extremely valid points there.

Of course the parliament is by no means perfect, and has absolutely zero power. There is only one person at the club who has absolute power, and that is Steve Morgan. Even if at the next meeting, everyone decided to give Mr Moxey a vote of no confidence, absolutely nothing would happen. Hell, every Wolves fan in the world could gather in Steve Morgan's front room and try to carry a motion of no confidence, and if Morgan decided to ignore it, he could.

The parliament is there purely as a communication device. I'd say every Wolves fan takes what comes out of the club with a pinch of salt, and tries to read between the lines to see where the spin is. But, I would say that the Parliament is one of purer ways of getting information. Every method of communication has pros and cons. The official website for example, is obviously not going to carry anti-Wolves sentiments. WM is either up the club's backside or doing its best to compromise the club, depending on your point of view. And don't get me started on the E&S...

My point is that at least through the parliament, it is Moxey and whoever else happens to be there directly addressing fans. Whether you feel that you are particularly well represented is a slightly different matter, but there's no doubt that everyone who is a member of the parliament is a fan, who is no different to the people you see at Molineux every time you go.

And of course, the communication also goes the other way, As I said, these are fans talking to the club, outlining the problems they have with the way that the club is going. You may have doubts as to how much is taken on board by the club, but at least they hear it, Even if they only listen to the question for as long as it takes them to formulate an answer, at least they are listening to the question. If Steve Morgan and Jez Moxey between them then choose to do nothing about it, then that's up to them, but at least they have heard the point and considered whether to ignore it or not. Then, perhaps the second time they hear the point, or the third time they hear the point, or as long as it takes, perhaps something will be done about it.

I think your last point is key, there is a distinct lack of connection between the club and the fans at the moment. But, while I think this is a problem, it is one that is by no means unique to the club. Generally, throughout English football there is a general feeling of separation between the general fans and the players and clubs earning vast sums of money. This means that there is a bigger gap for the club to bridge now than there has ever been You mention the 80s - how much of your love for the club at that time was because it wasn't a commercial entity? Because the players on the pitch were a lot closer to the average fan? I ask these questions genuinely, I wasn't alive for half of the decade and so am trying to understand the differences between then and now.

Fair point made about Moxey Tom but although the monkey was present, at a meeting designed to involve the hierachy of the club surely the organ grinder should be there. Has Morgan attended a single parliament to the best of your knowedge?

Anyway, Tom, decent reply. You make a good case for the role of the group. My conclusion however is that the explanation, whilst genuine highlights the serious communication problems at the club. Is it a parliament or not or has it been called a parliament to big its importance up?

You might think this is a bit of semantics, however a parliament is by definition a law making / decision making body. It is clear the fans parliament is not and I suspect it was never the intention. So why call it a parliament? Why not a fans forum or something similar.

Sadly, this play on words, dreamt up by the club, I dunno, perhaps Jez himself, just adds to the spin and superficial approach.

I do not deny there are good fans representing a range of views and ask hard questions, but as a process I feel duped by the club about the groups original intentions. Perhaps naivity on my part .... more optimism dashed I hope.

I think that's a perfectly fair point, and I've not been on it from the start, so I don't know how it was initially conceived to exist.

But, in terms of the name, I don't know whether there was an attempt to mislead the fans, but I suspect the name came from the long standing FSF Fans Parliament
