The FIA have issued the charges which RBR faces

There are five charges that the FIA which to discuss with Chrisitan Horner. The FIA belives that Red Bull Racing have breeched these rules by deciding not to race at the USA Grand Prix. All seven teams who decided not to race have been given the same charges. The charges read as follows :

* failure to ensure that you had a supply of suitable tyres for the race and/or
* wrongfully refused to allow your cars to start the race and/or
* wrongfully refused to allow your cars to race subject to speed restrictions in one corner which was safe for such tyres as you had available and/or
* combined with other teams to make a demonstration damaging to the image of Formula One by pulling into the pits immediatley before the start of the race

And that you failed to notify the stewards off your intention not to race, in breech of Article 131 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.

According to the letter the meeting is scheduled to take place on the 29th June 2005 at 09.30 in the FIA office in Paris.
