Things are certainly looking a bit brighter in the Jaguar camp at the moment, first a point at Spa that was very well deserved, and now during testing at Monza, Pedro de la Rosa has topped the time sheets. Last thursday while 15 drivers covering all teams (except the ever absent Arrows) took to the track, Pedro pipped them all for fastest time of the day when he clocked an impressive 1:22.745.
Testing times may not be the best indicator of performance, but it certainly seems that a corner may have been turned in the development of the R3.
As if to prove thursday had not been a fluke, de la Rosa showed consistancy on friday by posting second fastest time behind the Ferrari of Barrichello.
