The only reason people really work in F1 has nothing to do with racing, technology or the spirit of competition.

Everyone in the paddock has one key concern, namely getting a mega sun tan before the rest of Europe has even shaken the snow off its boots. So imagine the disappointment of all those who flew straight from Malaysia to Bahrain hoping for a couple of days soaking up the sun by the various pools on hotel rooftops, when the country that is nearly all desert had more rain in the space of a few days than it’s supposed to get in a year. Add to this the fact that sand clouds meant visibility was on a par with a November fog in an industrial town in the north of England and there were some very disappointed race faces…pale race faces. Like you really care!

So, what first attracted you to billionaire F1 team boss, Flavio Briatore? This is a question one might well ask stunning 27 year old Italian beauty, Elizabetta Gregoraci. The young lady has been Flav’s squeeze for over a year now and, on the day he celebrates his 57th birthday (yes, she’s only 30 years younger) an Italian magazine has published, with her full permission an “open love letter” to her man. Strangely enough, the photo of Mr. Briatore wearing a floor length blue kaftan bears a striking resemblance to the wizard in the Harry Potter films.
