Team Summary:
The second Friday practice session for the 2020 Hungarian Grand Prix would start with rain falling but it was easing. Nobody was going out most likely awaiting for the conditions to improve. After having lost the first session due to car issues Gasly would be first out running on full wet tyres. He would pit after a single lap. Perez would be next out also on the full wet. He would set a 1m:43.862 followed by a 1m:42.470. Stroll and Raikkonen would also come out. Perez would pit after a four lap run. Stroll would set a 1m:46.445 to be second ahead of Raikkonen. Stroll would go quickest with a 1m:43.380. The track would empty with fifty five minutes remaining.

Ocon would do a single untimed lap on the intermediate. Ricciardo would also come out also on the intermediate. Leclerc and Vettel were out running on the full wet tyre. Leclerc would set a 1m:45.827 as Norris and Kvyat also came out both on the full wet. Vettel was third behind Perez. Thirty five minutes remaining and Grosjean would also come out on the full wet followed by Giovinazzi. Vettel would go quickest with a 1m:41.564. Leclerc was fourth followed by Norris with both having pitted. A 1m:40.464 from Vettel. Giovinazzi was now sixth followed by Raikkonen, Kvyat, and Grosjean. Bottas was out running also on the wet tyre. Grosjean was now fourth while Bottas was now second. Sainz and Hamilton would come out with Hamilton on the intermediate. Sainz was now third and would pit taking on the intermediate.

With fifteen minutes remaining both Williams cars had completed wet tyre runs but had not set any times. Both Vettel and Bottas were now running on the intermediate tyre. Leclerc was now eighth and also on the intermediate. Verstappen was out running on the intermediate tyre with thirteen minutes remaining. Verstappen would pit without a time. Vettel had now set a 1m:40.464. Stroll was back out this time on the intermediate. He would pit after a single lap. The last driver to run would be Magnussen on the intermediate. Three minutes remaining and we would have more drivers coming out most on the intermediate tyre. Verstappen was now seventh on the full wet tyre as the session came to an end. The order would be Vettel, Bottas, Sainz, Stroll, Perez, Gasly, Verstappen, Grosjean, Raikkonen and Leclerc tenth. Neither Williams driver had set a time in a session where to take anything away from the session for the Williams Team would be very much pointless.

George Russell:
With his team-mate pitted George was out running on the full wet tyre. George would pit without setting a time. With six minutes remaining George would return on the intermediate tyre. George would pit after a single untimed lap.

Nicholas Latifi:
Nicholas would be first out for Williams running on the full wet. Nicholas would pit without setting a time. Nicholas would return this time on the intermediate tyre as the session drew to a close. Nicholas would pit without setting a time
