MID SEASON TRANSFER RULES

- You are allowed up to 3 transfers
- After the transfers have been made the team must still comply with the rules
  - Each team must have 3 players from each of the 5 teams in the player pool
  - No more than one player from each team in any paired position
    Prop/Lock/Flanker/Centre/Wing
- Deadline is 26th December
- All entries must be sent to bathrugbyere_fantasyrugby@hotmail.com

A full list of the current teams (and their managers) are given at the bottom of this article.  The positions given are those for which each player was originally listed in the player pool and not necessarily where they play in each fantasy team e.g. Olly is listed as a fly half but might find himself playing centre, wing or full back.


PLAYER STATS

In order to assist you in your transfer choices I have compiled a list of all players and their fantasy league performance in the season to date.  You can find the full list here [Player Stats]. 

Key to columns
St    - Number of starts so far
Sub   - Number of appearances from the bench
Win   - Number of winning appearances
>40   - Number of appearances where their team has score more than 40 points
HT    - Number of try Hat tricks
T     - Number of tries scored
C     - Number of conversions kicked
P     - Number of penalty goals kicked
DG    - Number of drop goals kicked
Total - Total Fantasy League Points
Pts/A - Average Fantasy League points per appearance
Used  - Included in at least one fantasy team

DREAM TEAM

Just for fun, I have constructed the best possible (within realms of plausability) team so far.  Had you chosen this team you would stand atop the league table with 1035 points.  (There is a dubious alternative with Olly at scrum half that would have given 1052 points.)

Olly and the pie man are the top scorers, but a special mention must be made of Tom Varndell, the only player to score a hat trick of tries in the fantasy league so far.  No surprise to see the Leicester forwards leading their peers.

I have also constructed the worst possible team from players that have been selected in at least one fantasy team.

Poor old Matty Stevens! He gets in the lowest scoring players as he (almost) always comes on from the bench.
