The gloom has lifted from the Recreation Ground this week. Why, has coach Michael Foley signed a host of new stars who will challenge for honours next season? Has the council agreed that a new all-seater stadium can be built? No, the fans forum, BathRugbyERE.com has been saved from extinction.

After two years of working within the Rivals sports network BathRugbyERE.com was suddenly told it was no longer needed by Rivals. Despite the fact that a regular stream of users relied on this website for both information and a daily fix of Bath Rugby and the fact that the site had some 212,000 page impressions last month,the powers that be at Rivals pulled the plug. Fortunately a white knight called Sportsnetwork has come to the rescue and here we are at our new home.

It took a lot of time and effort to organise the old site and it will take a similar amount of time to organise this one so please be patient as I get things off the ground. Some links may not work and some pages previously available may be missing but we will get there in the end. The main thing is that we have a messageboard to leave our views and vent our feelings about all things relating to Bath Rugby.
