So, a Thursday night game, everyone's favourite. But the potentially dead rubber has been rather enlivened by the team selection and they target for the night - four tries.

Personally I think the very strong team is more to do with the coaches' rotation and rest strategy, but we've ended up with a very powerful side - arguably the best team we could field given injuries and Amlin Cup eligibility.

The vagaries of the system mean that we've definitely got a home quarter no matter what. Since we have no idea which Heineken team will drop down in which order, the only thing on offer tonight is to avoid a HC side by getting the try bonus. Odds are that will mean a QF against Sale, although it could be Biarritz or even Brive. The teams coming down could include Quins, Saints or Cardiff. Or just maybe Gloucester!

So, will they go all out for the BP? Or will it just be an training session against a distinctly second string travelling French team?
