The latest news from Bramley Road on who's fit and who's not fit in the Sarries camp before their warm-up game against Coventry and the tour to Japan. As revealed by the player himself on Sunday, Robbie Russell is recovering from back surgery and is likely to be out for four of five months while he rehabilitates.

Although there are no major injuries other than that of Russell, there are still players who will miss the trip to Coventry for the pre-season friendly match. But these injuries are minor ones and they are not expected to cause too many headaches down at Bramley Road.

Craig Quinnell is sidelined temporarily as he continues to recover from a knee problem dating back to the end of last season.

Tim Horan is still nursing the wrist he broke at Sale last term and is also suffering from a minor knee complaint.

Michael Aspinall, Gerald Arasa and Stuart Brady are all out with slight shoulder ailments.

Finally, on the positive side, Kyran Bracken declared himself fit at Monday's press conference, despite a sore ankle and will play at Coundon Road.
