Saracens and England prop forward David Flatman's participation in Saturday's Zurich Premiership match against Northampton Saints will be decided at the last minute, according to Sarries assistant coach Tim Wright.
In an interview with BBC Three Counties, Wright said that the 22 year old is still under medical supervision and the deicsion whether he will play or not will be taken just before kick-off on Saturday afternoon.
Meanwhile, to address the problems at prop due to the injuries to Flatman, Christian Califano and Luke Harbut - though Harbut played a full 80 minutes for the second team on Monday - Wayne Shelford has enlisted the services of Wasps prop Andy Kershaw on a short-term loan. The 24 year old has been training with Sarries this week and could be drafted into the 22 to face Saints on Saturday.
