Home preseason game cancelled

After an announcement in the French press earlier this week that the Toulouse game had been cancelled and replaced by an away match with Biarritz the club has eventually got round to confirming it officially. The cancelling that is. Tigers fans will have to wait until next week to discover that it is Biarritz that they are now playing, unless the Biarritz official website is incorrect.

Another farcical situation with the Tigers fans who have already bought their tickets being disappointed and put through the hassle of getting a refund. The club have stated that they will at least refund the cost of the ticket.

Why preseason games cannot be arranged in a more organised manner is a mystery. So another year goes by and no home preseason match. Expect a loss away to Biarritz in Bayonne on the 24th August.
