The consultation plans for a redeveloped Ashton Gate are now available.  If you have any comments the contact details are at the end of the documents.  I would urge you to make yourself heard.  Although Ashton Vale is theoretically still on the cards, it looks obvious that, in reality, Bristol Sports are proceeding on the basis that the spurious village green will prevent the development going ahead.  However, there’s no guarantee that the Ashton Gate plans will get the go ahead either!

Well Scrump it's now up to the Judge. I don't make the decision but I know the Law and so does the Judge. We'll see. But it's going to cost some one a lot of money. It's a bent deal from the start. I sympathise with Arthur Holmes. He did his best but he had no title to the ground.
