Agustin Pichot was kind enough to chat to me for a few minutes during a break from training today. He spoke about the mood in the squad at the moment and how hard the team are trying to get that first win.

How's the spirit in the camp at the moment?

It's not a good feeling to lose four out of four and it's not easy for training and things. But you have to bounce back - it's not finished, we've just started. We have to lift ourselves up and just start bringing in the results.

Bristol have a fairly good record against Leicester in the last couple of seasons. How is it that we match up so well against them?

I think we have a very strong, forward orientated team and Leicester have the same. I think that makes for a good battle in the front 5.

From a personal point of view, how much does it help to have a compatriot in Felipe playing alongside you at half back?

It helps. It helps because we understand each other very much. Sometimes things don't go so well but we can talk about things and change them.

Talking about compatriots, Emilano Bergamaschi has made great strides recently.

Yes, I think that he's been working very hard on improving week in and week out. He's been setting a great example since he arrived and hopefully he'll be in the team at some stage.

Are you looking forward to the Heineken Cup?

Yes I am. I can't wait for that moment.

Do you think that the team will be playing any differently against Leicester?

Well, we try to play better and better each game but, at the moment, we're just not bringing the results home. Hopefully, we'll win.

Any message for the supporters ahead of Sunday?

The most important thing is that I know it's tough and sometimes it's very frustrating. But, believe me, we are playing very, very hard not only for ourselves but for all the people who love Bristol the team and want us to do well. We are trying very hard and giving it 100%
