In Rob we trust.
By the way - cream on first. There's nothing to debate.

Let's see if yesterday's result can be matched in North London 🤔

Gutted for the ladies after that.
They played so well but literally one loose kick changed the course of the game.
Another performance for the club to be proud of this weekend 👏

A wonderful effort when you remember that we decided to play the match with a squad of 16, against Saracens’ squad of 23. I haven’t seen official confirmation, but as far as I could tell the only bench player to get on the pitch was Merryn Elworthy. It was clear in the closing 10 minutes that most of our players were completely spent, so it’s not surprising that Liv’s kick looked tired and aimless and Jess Breach was able to run through several defenders.
After the men’s team bucked the club trend on Saturday by using bench players really intelligently, it’s a shame that we didn’t trust our women’s bench to come on in the closing minutes and bring a bit of energy.
Nevertheless it was a mighty effort by our women against one of the big beasts at their home ground.

To not replace any of the front row until the last 5 mins was ludicrous. In an attritional game like that and as well as the starters were doing the team needed fresh legs. Don't understand the thinking.

It was a wonderful performance, didn’t get the rub of the green from the ref and the game was there for the winning, unfortunately one wayward clearance gave them the opportunity to win it at the death. Forwards were immense.

I've now read the match report and it looks like we used four of our eight bench players, two with 4 minutes to go, one with 11 minutes to go and one with 18 minutes to go. That's still a lot of unused resource!

I only watched the first half but it seemed to me that Chiefs just kept shooting themselves in the foot.
Silly errors compounded all the time...shame as it was there to win!

Thanks to OTH for organising and look forwards to defending my title next season 👏👏
A great effort from our girls but it didn’t quite work out.

Interesting game.
I think you played as well as I've seen you play all season and we played as poorly although obviously there's correlation in those two things.
Definitely fair to say we probably should have lost that one.
That said you look good for next season.
How good is Menin at 8?
