A consistent call over previous season has been to give the youngsters a chance. Almost every time when this did happen the performances suffered. Still however we, the supporters, called for it. This season is just the same except there were two big differences. Firstly we had even more players away on International duty and second the youngsters, in American baseball parlance, really stepped up to the plate.
Gloucester started with what looked like a stronger team. They too had a sprinkling of youth including their youngest ever first team player, but when looking at the team sheet it certainly looked stronger. Any fears I had were fairly soon dispelled and by the end Saints had run out bonus point winners.
Congratulations to Alex on getting his 100th cap. Amazing for such a young player. Congratulations also on his second MoTM of the season

A very forward dominated leader board - and on the supposed hard tracks as well.

I don't remember having so many players having started so early in the season.

But what do you think?
