Fresh from winning the Innovation Award at the recent All Party Parliamentary Premiership Rugby Awards, the Saints' Club Apprenticeship Scheme has been expanded for 2012/13 and applications are being taken now!
The Saints' Club Apprenticeship Scheme has been lauded at both a local and national level, with politicians and business leaders alike hailing its success.
Northampton Saints have confirmed that an expanded programme will return later in the summer with the opportunity for 16 more youngsters to become a part of one of the leading rugby clubs in Europe.
The Club Apprenticeship Scheme offers a wage, qualifications and employment in every department within the Saints, from ticketing, media and retail to the playing side, including coaching, strength and conditioning and sports development.
The Club Apprenticeship Scheme is the perfect opportunity for any young adults, whether you are looking for experience in an area of interest before continuing with further study or you want to kick start your career with the Saints.
Starting in September 2012, each apprenticeship opportunity ranges from 30 to 42 weeks, and will offer a number of qualifications supporting an NVQ in a subject linked to the chosen department. Each apprentice would work for three days per week.
