Kenya Harlequin FC make history this weekend when they field 3 sides at the Kabeberi 7's at Kasarani. Quins l and Quins ll will be the men's sides while making their debut in the Harlequin Colours will be the Ladies side that has been christened the Quins Kweens. The tournament will be the second leg of the national 7's circuit. Quins start as top seeds in the men's category having won the first leg in Kisumu while the Kweens are seeded 5th in the 6 team ladies competition that sees teams from Uganda and Rwanda taking part.

Quins are perched at the top of the Sevens standings with a maximum of 20 points. Second placed KCB have 12 points. Impala received 0 (zero) points for having fielded ineligible players last weekend.

The 3 sides were announced last evening by the various technical arms of the club.

Quins I: Felix Ochieng, Kiragu Ngunya, Allan Onyango, Joash Odhallo, Sidney Ashioya (c), Ted Omondi, Patrick Onyango, Allan Makaka, David Mogere, Joel Kinaro, Francis Rono, Daniel Ngonga.

Quins II: Edward Kinyany, Kennedy Gikaru, Kennedy Kiprop, Fervent Thumbi (c), Billy Ayodo, Njuki Kamundia, Eddie Odhiambo, Thomas Lebreton, Eric Mweu, Collins Opondo, Robert Otieno, Tito Oduk, Dennis Keya.

Quins Kweens: Irene Owino, Janet Awuor, Sarah Otieno (c), Kate Anampiu, Adelaide Nasambu, Irene Namaye, Mary Njambi; Rachael Odhiambo, Monica Wangare, Immaculate Nauta.
