Quins played three Guinness Premiership teams and improved their performances as the maatches went on. Exeter seem to have had he busiest pre-season fixture list but they lost heavily to a young London Irish team. Coventry however thrashed a vert young side from Northampton.

It's very difficult to deduce much from these results but from a brief read of the reports it looks like Coventry have made the most of their pre-season matches while a few others such as Cornish Pirates, Plymouth Albion, Pertmeps Bees and Otley are in winning ways.
