Quins bounced back from the lows of the previous week to record a 22 - 6 victory over relegation bound Nakuru RFC. 3 tries by Sidney Ashioya and another man of the match performance by Kenya Full back Sean Omondi saw Quins reap bonus points from this game. Quins struggled for most parts of the game but Nakuru did not look like ever scoring one try. A five minute brawl in the second half was their most positive contribution.

Quins remain 2 points behind the Red Shirts Impala who thoroughly demolished Nondies to effectively throw Nondies out of the race. The White Shirts seemed to have given up the fight long before the game begun. The Kenya Cup needs to come home to Quins. Just 2 more games versus Impala and KCB needing maximum points and resolute defence.

Quins second team romped into the Eric Shirley Semi finals in style with a 32 -5 thumping of Kisumu. The lakeside tour saw the boys do the job and emerge as serious contenders for the Second division Title. Well in lads.

This weekend sees Quins lock horns with Nondies in the knockout championship "The Enterprise Cup" which is in its 75th year of existence. This promises to be a thrilling and exciting encounter between the two giants who are the oldest clubs in Kenya. Venue RFUEA, come one come all. we are going to sing the whole afternoon.

Dud of the week goes to George Karanu for his late night Friday that saw him miss the game despite being named in the squad.
