To maintain strength and depth to the senior and youth squads through an extensive recruitment campaign.
  • To increase socials and team bonding exercises throughout the season for seniors and youth.
  • To continue to raise the profile of Harlequin Ladies.
  • To develop closer links with the local community.
  • To assert a strong challenge in the RFUW League and Cup competitions.
