Skipper Alex Dombrandt will have to be at his inspiring best if Quins are to overcome four times Euro Champions Leinster on their own turf (Saturday kick off 3.00) as we enter the long awaited knock-out last 16.. It will be live on Premier Sports ..

Leinster currently lead the URC and won all of their pool games. Stand off Sam Prendergast is getting all the headlines, but he has a lot  to thans his pack  for - most of them make up the Ireland 8.

Danny Wilson  is making half a dozen changes as he looks to upset the form book. Ben Waghorn is back to partner Oscar Beard in the centre while Leigh Halfpenny returns for Rodrigo Isgro who is recovering from a concussion.

Dombrandt returns with  Chandler Cunningham-South moving to the second row to partner Joe Launchbury.
