Launchbury Starts

Forget the Traitors Finale there's only one show worth watching on Friday night  as Quins take on Saints kicking off at 7.45 (on TNT Sports).

We are back to league action but the Six Nations is looming so it's a chance for the up and coming to do their careers a power of good.

As a result Quins make no less than eight changes from last week's European Championship team.

Joe Launchbury is with Wyn Jones and Simon Kerrod in the front row and Will Evans in the back row.  In the backs Danny Care starts alongsiude Jared and Will Joseph who partners Ben Waghorn  in the centre with Cassius Cleaves back from injury on the wing.

Both sides have underachieved in the league, so far with Quins in 7th and Saints two points behind in 8th.
