Quins 28 Falcons 14

Quins may have eft somne tries on the park but we will be happy witg the five points earbned against a Falcons side still looking for a first win since the season before last.

The visitors actually took the lead through John Hawkins but once Quins got into gear tere was only one winner as Nathan Jibulu, Will Evans and Leigh Halfpenny  all crossed beofe the break.

The second half was an even 7-7  with Will Porter scoring the try of the game and  Ben Redshaw coming off the bench to get a consolation for Falcons.

Cpoach Danny Wilson was reasonably happy as he told the media: ""In the first 20 minutes we weren't good. We didn't get out of the blocks and they brought the game to us, scoring first shell-shocking us a little bit."T

"The second 20 we really came alive. Ruck speed went up dramatically and we scored a couple of nice tries."
