Dino Starts

There's three changes to the starting line-up as we prepare to face Cardiff at the Arms Park as our European journey continues. Kick off 8.00 Friday on BT Sport.

In the pack  Dino Lamb starts in the second row with Hugh Tizard on the bench. James Chisholm will be on the blindside thanks to Jack Kenningham's knee injury, while the usual rotation sees Louis Lynaggh start on the wing.

Cardiff came to The Stoop in the first leg with a young patched up side, thanks mainly to Covid, and were a massive credit tp their club playing with lots of passion and flair in going down 43-17.

For the return fixture they are able to recall a host of internationals in the shape of  half-backs Jarrod Evans and Tomos William, Josh Adams on the wing plus  Wales flankers Shane Lewis-Hughes and Ellis Jenkins.

It promises to be another epic.
