By now all Members of London Irish Supporters' Club should have received
details and reservation forms for the LISC Dinner and Dance on 9th November 2002. This will be the first time that LISC have taken an event of this magnitude and we hope that it will be well supported by our members and their guests. The purpose of the event is to really bring together the members in an unforgettable evening of friendship.

The Dinner and Dance will take place in the Princess Suite of the Royal
Berkshire Conference Centre at the Madejski Stadium, Reading. It is an
excellent facility that holds 450 people and we aim to fill it. For the moment full details and reservation forms have only been mailed to
members. All new members will receive these documents with their welcome letter. We will provide forms to non-members in about three weeks time.

In order to anticipate questions meanwhile here is some additional
Information:

Prices:
£50 Members and £55 Non-Members.

Tables and seating:
In the first instance the important thing is to get your reservation in. Each table seats ten people. If you reserve for ten we will allocate you a table.
Otherwise we will be as flexible as we can in order to accommodate groups who decide, after booking individually, that they would like to sit together.
This is your event and you will find no jobsworths here!

Discounts:
We have priced the event as low as we dare so as to try and ensure that the greatest number possible will be able to attend. Therefore, we regret that we are unable to offer any discounts.

Overnight Stay:
The Millennium Hotel that adjoins the Conference Centre is offering the London Irish rate of £60 per double room including breakfast. Accommodation bookings should be made directly with the hotel.

Wine:
The information pack includes a wine list that can be used for
pre-ordering wine up to 2nd November 2002. The Conference Centre strongly recommends advance ordering as it will help everything to flow more easily on the night.

Members/non-members booking:
The reservation forms are currently for members and their guests only. There is no restriction on the number of guests but members are encouraged to get them to join the LISC if they can. Non-members can join for £5 and they are then entitled to pay the members rate of £50 for the Dinner and Dance. It is then up to us all to keep them as members. We are aware that membership forms were not included in all mailings. Forms will be included in another LISC mailing to members in connection with the AGM and Toulouse accommodation which is due to go out later this week. Meanwhile, membership forms can also be downloaded from this website.

The member and non-member prices for the Dinner dance include an amount of £5, which will be donated to the Jarrod Cunningham fund. If people wish to donate more then all extra monies will be automatically
donated to the fund. There will be further fund raising on the night and
full details of this will be provided later.
