Henley is getting ever closer, lots still to prepare and not a lot of time to do it in. The Craic overtakes Bristol to become the top site on Sportnetwork.
An Ed’s Diary – 25th July 2003
Huzzah! (As Eek would say).
We’re the top site in Sportnetwork again. We led earlier in the month then Bristol, with all the problems they are currently having, shot ahead of us. We’ve been gradually catching up over the past couple of weeks, yesterday we overtook them. Thus far we’ve not yet managed to be the top Sportnetwork site in any one month. We now stand a very good chance of doing so.
It looks like some soccer sites are starting to take hold on Sportnetwork, ‘Unofficial Spurs’ has come from nowhere to the no. 3 spot. I wonder if Rivals has stopped paying the soccer site editors. In the longer term I’m sure the soccer sites will come to dominate the network.
On a thread that started off talking about the new shirt an interesting debate has arisen about sponsorship, or rather the lack of it. The general consensus is that we will again be without a main shirt sponsor next season.
Must get my head down to arranging Henley numbers, map, etc. Too little time, too much to do.
