TFTM 2013 - 1 : Paulica Ion

Between seasons we take the opportunity to bid farewell to our departing players in a series we call Thanks for the Memories. Big-Al dips into his extensive collection of photographs to give us a flavour of each one. First-up Romanian powerhouse Paulica Ion. Take it away Al!

I’m starting this season’s photo tributes to departing players with a bit of catching up from last season. Paulica joined us from Bath for the 2009-10 season, making over 60 appearances and scored 1 try before moving to London Welsh on loan for the 2012-13 season. I understand that he is heading off to France to play for Perpignan next season.
Thanks for your time with us Paulica, and good luck at Perpignan.
